Welcome to Spectrum Pain Clinics!
If you are new to our practice, we are excited to have the opportunity to work with you. If you are a returning referring provider, thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We truly value the relationships we build with our referring providers and are committed to delivering timely, high-quality care for your patients.
Referral Process
We strive to make referring your patients easy and efficient.
You may fax, email, or self-book patient appointments — whichever is most convenient for your office.
Once your referral or appointment request is received, our team promptly contacts the patient to confirm scheduling and keeps your office informed throughout their course of care.
Referral Documentation Requested
To provide your patients with the most efficient and effective care, please include the following with your referral:
- Recent progress notes related to the patient’s chronic pain diagnosis
- Relevant imaging reports (MRI, X-rays, CT, etc.)
- Complete patient demographics, including insurance information and contact details
We aim to uphold the highest standards of care in accordance with the Tennessee Chronic Pain Guidelines, and timely access to these documents allows us to initiate care appropriately, efficiently, and compliantly.
